R&D - CSU Intern - SH

What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day operation of regular CSU activities.
• Support program events and related logistical activities.
• Track the program budget and manage monthly payments.
• Participate in accident and near-miss reporting and follow-up.
• Maintain booklets, databases, and other program materials.
• Handle additional tasks assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Native Chinese speaker required.
• Fluent English required.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work across different functions.
• Professional ethics, attention to detail, customer service orientation, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive, energetic, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
