Product Manager - Folding Carton (Manufacturing)

Location: Waukesha, Wisconsin, United States. The role is based in an indoor office environment, may involve exposure to shop elements, and requires 25–50% travel, with additional travel possible for critical tasks.

What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the folding carton portfolio.
• Lead complex product initiatives from ideation through launch and the full product lifecycle.
• Translate market insights, customer needs, and data into product requirements and differentiated value propositions.
• Partner with engineering to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Align sales, marketing, operations, customer success, and executive stakeholders around product priorities.
• Lead go-to-market planning, establish KPIs, analyze performance, and identify market opportunities and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex products or platforms.
• Proven success delivering products and measurable business outcomes.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and lead cross-functional teams.
• Good technical understanding and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• MBA or another advanced degree.
