Branch Manager (Retail Banking)

What you will do

• Manage branch priorities and execution to drive revenue, customer loyalty, and overall branch performance.
• Lead consultative sales activities, acquire consumer and business households, and grow share of wallet.
• Develop community and ecosystem partnerships to support business banking results.
• Coach employees to deliver technology-enabled, omnichannel customer interactions and resolve client issues effectively.
• Attract, onboard, retain, and develop branch employees through ongoing coaching and performance management.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, compliance, and sales-practice risks.

Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of related experience and at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, customer experience, and client counseling.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, delegate effectively, make sound decisions, and communicate clearly.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Ability to complete additional background checks required under applicable banking regulations.
• Spanish speaking ability is preferred.
