Branch Banking Leader (Fintech)

Location: Bronx, NY 10475 — branch-based role

Salary: $59,085–$99,485 per year, plus possible variable incentives, bonuses, commissions, or other awards.

What you will do

• Lead and coach a branch team to achieve sales, revenue, deposit, loan, and non-interest-income targets.
• Drive business development, primary client relationship growth, client introductions, and partner-produced sales.
• Train and develop employees, conduct performance evaluations, manage succession planning, and address disciplinary matters.
• Deliver client education and engagement while resolving operational and client satisfaction issues.
• Maintain operational excellence and help identify and mitigate reputational, regulatory, employee, and client risks.
• Ensure adherence to applicable bank policies, compliance requirements, and federal, state, and local regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, HiSET, TASC, or foreign equivalent.
• At least 6 years of overall branch sales experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Ability to coach and mentor employees, prioritize competing demands, drive results, and maintain profit discipline.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders and communicate clearly across functions.
