What you will do

• Lead department operations and deliver an excellent customer, visual, and commercial experience.
• Analyze sales and budget performance and create plans to improve results and profitability.
• Recruit, onboard, schedule, evaluate, and develop store colleagues.
• Coordinate customer service, checkout, fitting room, returns, exchanges, and omni-channel services.
• Maintain stock levels, product presentation, garment care, price communication, and back-of-house standards.
• Manage store opening and closing routines and ensure operational, safety, and legal procedures are followed.
