Fullstack AI Engineer

Location: Mountain View, United States; on-site

Salary: $220,000–$270,000 per year for US Tier 1, plus potential equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Build next-generation AI-native products from zero to one.
• Develop full-stack features across React and Node.js or Django.
• Engineer multimodal AI capabilities focused on video ML and video AI.
• Define product scope and ship solutions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Use AI coding tools such as Cursor while applying technical judgment to review and improve generated code.

Requirements

• Experience working on AI-native codebases in a product or engineering context.
• Strong full-stack development skills with React and Node.js or Django.
• Experience shipping products or features from scratch, ideally independently or in a small team.
• Product thinking combined with strong technical depth.
• Working knowledge of GCP, TypeScript, Python, Redis, MongoDB, Cloud Storage, LLMs, and AI agents.
• Ability to work on-site in Mountain View, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with multimodal AI engineering, video ML, or video AI.
