Forward Deployed Agent Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Architect and ship multimodal AI agents that create measurable business impact.
• Work directly with enterprise stakeholders to map workflows and deploy the product.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle from design and implementation through rollout, measurement, and iteration.
• Build reliable systems supporting thousands of concurrent interactions with strong performance.
• Evaluate, fine-tune, and A/B test text and voice models through rapid feedback loops.
• Identify cross-customer patterns to inform product and engineering roadmaps.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building and maintaining production systems.
• Production experience with Python, asyncio, FastAPI, TypeScript, Node, and React.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, TTS and speech APIs, model fine-tuning, vector databases, RAG, and evaluation frameworks.
• Ability to meet SLAs, troubleshoot issues, and optimize systems for speed and reliability at scale.
• Experience building production monitoring and debugging systems across cloud infrastructure and databases.
• Comfort working directly with customers to troubleshoot issues, understand edge cases, and deliver fast solutions.
