Manager, Operations Programs (TPI)

Location: Everett, Washington, United States. The role involves flexible hours as operational needs require and 0–10% travel. hirify.global Isotopes technology is subject to U.S. Government export controls.

Salary: $148,722–$193,146 per year; the range is specific to Washington State.

What you will do

• Own the governance, implementation, performance, and continuous improvement of Operations programs covering training and qualification, documentation and process management, performance improvement, and compliance.
• Establish scalable frameworks, standards, management processes, and effectiveness measures that support reliable production, organizational growth, and increasing cGMP maturity.
• Hire, manage, coach, and develop Program Administrators and build a pipeline of future Operations leaders.
• Lead complex, non-routine, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition and planning through implementation and sustained execution.
• Resolve technical interfaces, dependencies, competing priorities, and assigned actions across multiple disciplines.
• Advise Operations leadership on program performance, risks, resources, priorities, and organizational capability needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, operations, or a related technical field, with 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in operations, engineering, technical program management, or a related environment.
• At least 8 years of experience in the nuclear industry or another regulated industry operating under an established radiation protection program.
• Technical aptitude and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to understand complex scientific, engineering, and operational issues and engage subject-matter experts.
• Demonstrated success managing, coaching, and developing professional employees and high-potential leaders.
• Strong organizational, program-management, delegation, accountability, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Applicants who are foreign nationals may be subject to U.S. Government export-control review and authorization.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related technical or management field.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or comparable program-management or process-improvement certification.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools applied to program management, information systems, or business processes.
• Military leadership or technical operations experience.
