Sales Engineer - Standard Industrial (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Grow qualified customer databases, follow up on leads, and establish new accounts across MNC and SME industrial segments.
• Advise customers on product solutions, applications, regulatory requirements, and technical value propositions.
• Manage sales and project pipelines, maintain CRM records, and support marketing campaigns and lead generation.
• Work with customer engineering teams to identify requirements, propose equipment or process improvements, and prepare cost estimates.
• Present products at customer meetings and field events, provide technical training, and negotiate customer agreements.
• Maintain existing customer relationships and demonstrate cost reductions and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in engineering, preferably electrical, mechatronic, or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of control instrumentation systems, including sensors and transmitters.
• At least 3 years of experience in a technical sales environment.
• Understanding of sales and distribution with intermediate project management skills.
• Proactive approach, strong interpersonal and influencing skills, willingness to travel, and a valid driving licence.

Nice to have

• Industrial equipment sales experience in the manufacturing sector.
• Understanding of manufacturing workflows and architecture.
