Sales Operations Executive (Support HK and MY Markets)

What you will do

• Support day-to-day inside sales activities for the Hong Kong and Malaysia markets.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Finance, Sales, Operations, and sales development teams across APAC.
• Update sales decks with NIQ branding and prepare polished, client-ready content.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for sales representatives.
• Analyze market data to identify trends and actionable insights for sales strategies.
• Handle invoicing, contract renewals, project-date updates, and revenue-recognition follow-ups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales operations, sales coordination, inside sales, or a similar role; fresh graduates with relevant client-servicing or vendor-liaising internships may apply.
• Fluent English is mandatory for speaking, reading, and writing.
• Strong communication, organization, numerical, analytical, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, maintain accuracy, and collaborate across countries.

Nice to have

• Cantonese proficiency.
• Experience with Excel, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, ZoomInfo, or Python.
