Sales Specialist for Personal Safety Division (Personal Safety)

Location: Penang, Malaysia; remote-based with required commuting to the Penang office as needed

What you will do

• Manage Personal Safety Division portfolio penetration across key end users and distributor customers.
• Develop customer opportunities, sales plans, forecasts, and marketing activities to achieve business targets.
• Generate and convert sales prospects through networking, cold calling, channel development, and end-user engagement.
• Build relationships with customers, industry influencers, strategic partners, and distributors.
• Represent the business at exhibitions, seminars, and trade association meetings.
• Provide product training and support to internal stakeholders and external customers while maintaining timely CRM reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Science or Engineering.
• New graduates are welcome; approximately five years of combined industrial sales or safety marketplace sales experience is preferred.
• Experience selling personal safety products, including personal protective equipment, fall protection, or SCBA.
• Strong key-account, presentation, communication, negotiation, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and the ability to understand technical diagrams, including AutoCAD.
• Fluent English and Bahasa are required; a valid driver’s license is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in fall protection and project management.
