Inventory Specialist (Aerospace)

Location: On-site in El Segundo, California, United States. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and meet the stated U.S. person requirement for access to export-controlled items.

Salary: $27.88–$37 per hour at Analyst level or $35–$48 per hour at Associate level, plus potential stock options and/or long-term cash awards.

What you will do

• Store materials properly and maintain organized inventory.
• Prepare material kits requested through ERP systems.
• Monitor inventory shelf life and stock levels.
• Perform inventory counts and support accurate inventory records.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience receiving or inspecting inventory, or preparing material kits.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems or equivalent software.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• High school diploma, GED, trade school certificate, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Ability to work on-site in El Segundo and meet U.S. work authorization and U.S. person requirements.

Nice to have

• Forklift operating experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with external suppliers and internal employees.
