Manufacturing Coordinator (Structures Manufacturing)

Location: Long Beach, California, United States; full-time onsite position at the Long Beach campus.

Salary: $19–$38 USD, with level-based ranges from $19–$25 for Manufacturing Coordinator I, $22–$30 for Manufacturing Coordinator II, and $28–$38 for Senior Manufacturing Coordinator.

What you will do

• Monitor, track, handle, and move parts and assemblies through the manufacturing shop floor to support on-time completion.
• Coordinate with purchasing and logistics to move parts to outsourcing locations.
• Collaborate with engineering, planning, and procurement to identify shortages and meet shop floor need dates.
• Communicate part status and completion dates to customers and support manufacturing performance metrics.
• Follow up on engineering issues blocking production completion and assist with manufacturing projects.
• Support inventory returns and correct system data that drives inaccurate MRP signals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
• 2+ years of experience handling parts in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong computer skills and inventory experience.
• Experience with MRP or ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted and work overtime or weekends as needed.
• Must be a U.S. person or otherwise eligible for deemed export licensing because the role involves access to U.S.-controlled information and items.
