Product Support Analyst (PMRT)

Location: Remote within the United States. U.S. citizenship is required. Travel may be required, and relocation expenses are not compensated.

Salary: $90,000–$125,000 per year.

What you will do

• Plan, analyze, schedule, and implement PMRT software products for government environments.
• Analyze customer usage and help organizations maximize the value of PMRT products.
• Develop training plans and deliver virtual and on-site customer training, including role-based certification sessions.
• Maintain online help files and documentation for new and existing product functionality.
• Manage the PMRT help desk by providing telephone and email support to users.
• Coordinate with software development teams to document anomalies, resolve outages, and keep support materials aligned with product releases.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in government acquisition, finance, financial management, program management, or a related field within a Department of Defense organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, computer science, mathematics, economics, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal, and persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical colleagues, customers, and software end-users.
• U.S. citizenship is required, and applicants must meet federal background investigation and classified-information eligibility requirements.
• Ability to work at a computer for prolonged periods, communicate clearly, and lift or carry at least 15 pounds.

Nice to have

• Experience with IDS products, including CCaR and PMRT.
• Experience with Department of Defense finance, contracting, acquisition, and logistics systems.
