Salary: $171,495–$192,932 base pay per year; total compensation package of $272,226 per year

What you will do

  • Administer equity compensation programs and maintain accurate records throughout the full equity lifecycle.
  • Process grants, vesting, releases, exercises, cancellations, and other equity transactions in the equity administration system.
  • Coordinate ESPP enrollment and purchase cycles with Payroll and the Fidelity equity system.
  • Reconcile share pools, shares outstanding, reserves, equity data, and transfer-agent records.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including ASC 718 stock-based compensation journal entries, accruals, and disclosures.
  • Partner with Legal, Payroll, Accounting, People Operations, auditors, and external providers while responding to employee equity inquiries.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on equity compensation experience within a public company.
  • In-depth experience with Fidelity Plan Sponsor Webstation or equivalent equity administration platforms.
  • Knowledge of ISOs, NSOs, RSUs, ESPP, and related compliance, tax, and reporting requirements.
  • Experience supporting internal and external audits, SOX compliance, ASC 718, reconciliations, close processes, and equity-related financial reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; background in business administration, finance, or accounting is advantageous.
  • Strong organization, analytical, communication, prioritization, and Microsoft Office skills.

  • CEP certification or progress toward certification.
