Senior Associate or Associate Manager, Investor Services

Location: Hybrid in Windsor, CT; New York City, NY; Union, NJ; or Boston, MA

Salary: $63,000–$140,000 USD in New Jersey; $65,000–$135,000 USD in New York; $55,000–$140,000 USD in Massachusetts. Eligible employees may also receive discretionary annual bonuses and/or equity awards.

What you will do

• Manage, mentor, and develop Investor Services professionals while fostering a high-performing team environment.
• Oversee investor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, capital calls, distributions, and related communications.
• Serve as the primary contact for institutional clients, resolving inquiries and building trusted relationships.
• Monitor and improve operational workflows, procedures, accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with fund accounting, legal, and compliance teams to deliver investor services.
• Participate in client due diligence meetings, present service capabilities, and prepare management reports and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• 6+ years of experience in Investor Services or a related financial services field, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong client relationship management, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate teams and work effectively with corporate executives.
• Strong knowledge of fund structures, AML/KYC compliance, FATCA, CRS, and investor servicing operations.
• Understanding of private equity, hedge funds, mutual funds, and their investor servicing requirements.

Nice to have

• FINRA Series 6 or 7 license.
• Experience with investor relations software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
