Senior Manager, Capital Markets (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in New York, San Francisco, or Salt Lake City, with on-site expectations of 2–3 days per week in a local office. Candidates outside these areas may be eligible for relocation assistance.

Salary: $176,000–$220,000 USD for the NYC/Bay Area market; $149,600–$187,000 USD for Salt Lake City. Compensation is adjusted by geographic pay zone outside the listed cities.

What you will do

• Execute warehouse facility closings, amendments, upsizes, and extensions, including legal documentation, due diligence, and closing logistics.
• Manage lender relationships, reporting packages, borrowing base certificates, compliance certificates, and periodic calls.
• Support the securitization program in collaboration with rating agencies, structuring counsel, and underwriters.
• Build and maintain transaction models, term sheet analyses, and lender comparison frameworks.
• Partner with Legal, FinOps, Treasury, Product, and Risk on deal execution and facility operations.
• Monitor facility covenants and support new lender development through pitch materials, term sheet responses, and due diligence packages.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in capital markets, structured finance, or debt funding at an investment bank, specialty finance company, fintech lender, or asset manager.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse facilities, ABS, or other structured credit products.
• Experience with technical cash flow modeling for warehouse facilities, securitizations, or similar asset-backed structures.
• Strong fluency in credit agreements, term sheets, intercreditor arrangements, and other legal and financial documents.
• Excellent communication, organization, and self-direction skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions independently.
• BA/BS required; MBA or CFA is a plus.
