Operations & Marketing Associate (AI)

Location: Sausalito, United States; on-site. The role requires at least 25% travel for deployments, demos, summits, and industry events.

Salary: $71,000–$100,000 per year, plus potential equity compensation and other compensation elements.

What you will do

• Coordinate deployment and demo logistics, including scheduling, travel, equipment, site access, and stakeholder communication.
• Define and execute the company’s presence across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram, including content creation.
• Learn and manage FAA regulatory submissions by collaborating with the flight team, drafting documents, and driving approvals.
• Prepare customer-ready briefings, one-pagers, presentations, video content, and branded materials.
• Represent hirify.global at customer demos, summits, and industry events while supporting customer deployments.
• Identify and solve operational problems across cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in go-to-market, consulting, or operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Political Science, Finance, Public Policy, or a related field combining quantitative reasoning and communication skills.
• Excellent written communication, content creation experience, and the ability to produce material for X, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Fluency in AI workflows and a proactive approach to solving ambiguous problems.
• Fire service experience in or alongside wildland fire, a fire department, or emergency response.
• Willingness to travel at least 25% and work on-site in Sausalito; FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
