Event Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, with candidates expected to be based near the New York City office or willing to relocate.

Salary: $130,000–$175,000 annual base salary for candidates in the U.S.

What you will do

• Develop and execute event strategies supporting initiatives across the business.
• Source venues and vendors through existing relationships and outreach.
• Coordinate venues, security, production installations, print collateral, and other event vendors.
• Work with Sales, Partnerships, and Community to curate guest lists and attendees based on event objectives.
• Facilitate event-day activities, schedules, partner outreach, and partnership execution.
• Contribute to broader marketing initiatives that support revenue and brand visibility.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in event marketing or production, preferably conferences.
• Experience independently delivering events or experiential campaigns from concept through final execution within budget.
• Cross-functional experience with Sales, Brand, Creative, and Communications teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt across multiple initiatives and marketing functions.
• Based near the New York City office or willing to relocate.
