Senior Content Marketing Manager (Aviation & Robotics)

Location: New York City, United States — hybrid

Salary: $120,000–$145,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own and publish content for the company LinkedIn page and draft posts in the founders’ voices.
• Interview founders, engineers, and operators to create technical explainers, customer stories, and website content.
• Coordinate content, creative assets, timelines, approvals, and external PR partners for funding, product, and customer announcements.
• Manage the editorial calendar and organize reusable photos and video footage.
• Brief creative partners and drive content from initial idea through publication.
• Use audience engagement, website traffic, and feedback from recruiting and commercial teams to improve content.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in content marketing, editorial, or communications for technical B2B audiences, or equivalent demonstrated work.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a portfolio of personally written social posts and long-form stories.
• Experience taking stories from idea through interviews, reviews, approvals, and publication.
• Strong editorial judgment and the ability to explain technical subjects accurately and adapt to different voices.
• Ability to coordinate busy contributors and manage multiple deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience at a growing startup, particularly with executive communications or major company announcements.
• Interest or experience in aviation, robotics, logistics, or industrial technology.
