Associate Director, Government Pricing

Location: Remote within the United States, with occasional travel as needed

Salary: $157,200–$256,600 annually

What you will do

• Calculate, validate, and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual government pricing reports.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, state price transparency, Medicaid, Medicare Part B, PHS/340B, and Federal Supply Schedule requirements.
• Research pricing variances, policy changes, government pricing trends, and cross-channel impacts.
• Perform G/L reconciliations, Class of Trade reviews, 340B eligibility reviews, and tracking-customer compliance checks.
• Maintain government pricing SOPs, reasonable assumptions, policies, and procedures.
• Partner with Contracting Strategy, Commercial Leadership, Pricing, Trade, Brand, Accounting, Finance, and Gross to Net teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of experience in Government Pricing or a related field such as finance, accounting, Medicare, or Medicaid.
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with government pricing calculations, reporting, and compliance.
• Understanding of Best Price, Average Sales Price, FSS tracking customers, bona fide service fees, and Fair Market Value methodology.
