Base pay: $168,372–$220,988 USD per year, plus performance-based bonus and/or equity for eligible roles.

What you will do

  • Design, model, and support short-term and long-term incentive programs, including annual bonuses, retention awards, and special incentives.
  • Analyze executive and senior leadership compensation, including base pay, incentive opportunities, equity awards, pay mix, and competitive positioning.
  • Build scenario models, financial impact analyses, and recommendations for leadership decision-making.
  • Lead market intelligence and benchmarking for business-critical roles and emerging talent needs.
  • Prepare data-driven materials, reporting, disclosures, and documentation for senior leadership and Compensation Committee discussions.
  • Support global compensation initiatives, job architecture and leveling work, communications, toolkits, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • Six to eight years of progressive compensation or total rewards experience.
  • Hands-on experience with compensation analysis, incentive plan design support, market benchmarking, and executive or senior leadership compensation.
  • Prior experience with a compensation consulting firm is highly preferred; global or publicly traded company experience is expected, with biotech, pharma, or life sciences experience preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and pivot tables; strong scenario modeling, cost analysis, analytical, and judgment skills.
  • Experience with compensation tools and HR systems, preferably Workday; CCP certification or progress toward CCP is strongly preferred.
