Senior Manager, IP Validation (Healthcare Insurance)

Salary: $107,700–$199,300 per year

What you will do

• Prepare and maintain monthly estimates of inpatient incurred-but-not-reported expenses.
• Collaborate with Utilization Management to validate inpatient authorization data for accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
• Develop standardized reviews and reporting for inpatient spending, including analysis of budget and forecast variances.
• Oversee timely financial reporting and business analysis using information from multiple sources.
• Interpret financial results, recommend actions to senior management, and monitor legislative and political developments affecting the business unit.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts related to inpatient claims and authorization, while managing staff responsibilities and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of accounting, financial analysis, or finance-related experience.
• Previous management experience, including hiring, training, work assignment, and performance management.
• Experience in healthcare insurance is strongly preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Public accounting, operations, or financial analysis experience.
• CPA certification.
