Senior Pricing Specialist

Location: Remote or hybrid in the United States; minimal travel of 0–20% and occasional non-standard work hours.

Salary: $83,000–$125,000 per year, plus potential additional compensation.

What you will do

• Lead and manage major, complex federal government cost proposals generally valued at $50M or more.
• Develop compliant and competitive pricing strategies for professional services proposals.
• Write and finalize cost and price proposal narratives in response to RFP Section L requirements.
• Perform risk, cash flow, cost, and price analyses and prepare financial summaries.
• Present pricing assumptions and risk assessments to senior leadership before proposal submission.
• Coordinate with Contracts, Subcontracts, HR, Finance, and other support functions while reviewing proposal quality and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of direct federal government pricing experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of government pricing practices, cost and price analysis, FAR, and CAS regulations.
• Experience managing subcontractor data calls and pricing proposals for prime contractor strategies.
• Experience writing proposal narratives and responding to pricing evaluation notices and final proposal revisions.
• Strong analytical, financial decision-making, written, oral, and organizational skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Experience managing or mentoring junior to mid-level pricing analysts.
• Federal Government Price to Win analysis experience.
• Top Secret/SCI clearance.
