Pricing Analyst

Location: Suckle Highway, Pennsauken, New Jersey, United States — hirify.global US HQ Campus

Salary: $69,800–$100,338 annual compensation, plus a 5% targeted annual bonus.

What you will do

• Analyze pricing data, margins, profitability, market benchmarks, and business risks.
• Provide pricing recommendations, quotations, and analytical insights to Sales and Sales Management.
• Determine and maintain customer pricing based on ingredient costs, market fluctuations, and pricing guidelines.
• Monitor ingredient cost trends and partner with Purchasing on customer contracts and pricing programs.
• Maintain commercial price lists, pricing records, databases, and pricing administration activities.
• Support pricing system testing, validation, enhancements, issue resolution, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Statistics, or Computer Science.
• Approximately three years of experience in finance, pricing, analytics, or a related field; relevant internships, co-op programs, and academic projects may be considered.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data, including work with large datasets.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience preparing reports, presentations, and business analyses.
• Analytical, organizational, communication, and time-management skills with strong attention to data accuracy.
• Working knowledge of ERP, CRM, or pricing systems is preferred.
