What you will do

• Build, manage, and support end-to-end infrastructure across the factory floor, datacenter, production compute, MES stations, and networked IoT equipment.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and automate provisioning, configuration, and deployments using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Chef, or Puppet.
• Develop GitOps workflows and apply SRE principles to maintain 24/7 availability and reliable system performance.
• Design and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems for proactive issue detection and rapid incident response.
• Participate in on-call rotations and support business continuity.
• Manage physical datacenter and factory-floor edge hardware while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, facilities, and business systems teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, network engineering, endpoint management, or infrastructure operations.
• Deep expertise in Linux and Windows, plus hands-on experience with virtualization and containerization.
• Strong understanding of networking, including switching, firewalls, and wireless systems.
• Experience with datacenter hardware, power and cooling, and factory or OT edge devices such as MES stations, PDCs, HMIs, and connected tools.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code, automation, GitOps, and SRE practices.
• Ability to work on-site and participate in on-call rotations, troubleshooting issues from the physical layer through application performance.
