Location: Remote (USA). While remote, the company prioritizes candidates in Atlanta and Boston for hub-based collaboration.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end editorial process for short-form and long-form video content, including documentary-style case studies and brand campaigns.
• Transform raw field footage and customer interviews into narrative-driven videos that communicate the company's mission.
• Collaborate with creative directors and marketing teams to establish editorial pacing and visual storytelling standards.
• Manage post-production workflows including color grading, sound design, and motion graphics integration.
• Produce multiple format cuts optimized for web, social media, and executive keynotes.
• Drive the creative direction of edits rather than following frame-by-frame instructions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in video editing for brand stories, documentaries, or commercial campaigns.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Demonstrated ability to build compelling narrative arcs from unscripted footage.
• A portfolio reel showcasing emotional range, narrative intelligence, and technical finish.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LucidLink, Twelve Labs, and generative AI tools like Runway or Figma Weave.
