What you will do

• Create high-impact game trailers, teasers, and social content from concept to final delivery.
• Transform scripts and rough ideas into polished cinematic videos.
• Develop motion graphics, titles, and visual effects using After Effects.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and game teams to tell compelling stories.
• Experiment with emerging AI tools to improve production speed and quality.
• Establish scalable editing standards and mentor team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Strong portfolio featuring trailers, commercials, or branded entertainment.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong command of audio synchronization, color grading, and visual composition.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Experience managing multiple projects with minimal direction.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-native video tools like Runway, Kling, Veo, Pika, Luma, or ComfyUI.
• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve or Avid Media Composer.
