Senior Video Editor & AI Motion Designer (AI video production/game marketing): Creating cinematic trailers, gameplay videos, social content, and brand stories from concept and storyboarding through editing, motion graphics, sound design, AI-generated sequences, and final delivery with an accent on narrative pacing, visual composition, and scalable production workflows. Focus on experimenting with generative video tools, developing After Effects motion graphics, and solving complex multi-format editing challenges for game marketing content.

What you will do
- Create game trailers, teaser videos, concept trailers, launch campaigns, and social content from initial key frames through final delivery.
- Transform scripts and rough ideas into polished cinematic videos for interactive stories, gameplay, product announcements, and brand storytelling.
- Develop motion graphics, titles, transitions, and visual effects in After Effects.
- Edit content for YouTube, TikTok, X, Instagram, Discord, Steam, and app stores.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, product, and game teams while experimenting with AI video tools and workflows.
- Establish scalable editing standards and production workflows and mentor newer editors.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience; 9+ years preferred.
- Strong storytelling instincts, narrative structure, cinematic pacing, and a portfolio featuring trailers, commercials, branded content, or entertainment marketing.
- Expert-level Adobe Premiere Pro and strong After Effects and motion graphics skills.
- Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop as part of the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong command of audio synchronization and mixing, color grading, typography, visual composition, and quality control.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects with minimal direction, and operate in a fast-moving startup environment.
Nice to have
- AI-native video workflows using Runway, Kling, Veo, Pika, Luma, ComfyUI, or similar tools.
- Experience with Avid Media Composer, DaVinci Resolve, storyboarding, or pre-visualization.
- Experience with game trailers, gameplay capture, mobile gaming, Steam, mobile stores, or live-service marketing.
- Background in film, VFX, advertising, entertainment marketing, or creative agencies.
- Experience mentoring editors or directing AI-generated cinematic sequences.
