What you will do

• Cut and publish social video for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube in vertical and horizontal formats.
• Find hooks, stories, and structures in footage from shoots, workshops, creator sessions, interviews, and partner projects.
• Create tutorials and demos that make complex creative workflows easy to understand.
• Produce longer-form YouTube episodes, project breakdowns, interviews, profiles, and scripted narrative pieces from assembly through picture lock.
• Build motion graphics, text and logo animation, captions, sound design, color treatments, cutdowns, teasers, trailers, and platform-specific versions.
• Review performance data, improve future hooks and formats, and maintain organized footage, project files, graphics, music, and exports.

Requirements

• Portfolio required, including complete edits and the accounts or channels associated with the work.
• 3+ years of professional editing experience in social-first content, digital storytelling, entertainment, or creative marketing.
• Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop skills.
• Self-created motion graphics, including text and logo animation integrated into edits.
• Strong command of pacing, structure, sound design, music, captions, color correction, codecs, frame rates, and post-production workflows.
• Ability to handle longer-form and narrative work, take footage through final delivery with light oversight, and respond positively to feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience with CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Avid alongside Premiere.
• Motion graphics templates created for other editors to reuse.
• A personal channel, page, or account that you edited and grew.
• Passion for AI, filmmaking, and the intersection of both.
