Senior Producer

Location: Remote within the United States; the remote-optional salary range applies to possible locations across the country.

Salary: $90,000–$140,000 annually, depending on location, experience, and skills.

What you will do

• Produce original video from ideation and scripting through shooting, editing, publishing, and promotion.
• Develop pitches, treatments, scripts, shot lists, run-of-show documents, and other production materials.
• Lead or support field, studio, and remote productions while collaborating with journalists, executives, guests, and on-camera talent.
• Coordinate internal teams, freelancers, contractors, vendors, and external production partners across multiple projects.
• Create and package video for YouTube, social, and digital platforms, using audience retention and performance insights to guide creative decisions.
• Manage production schedules, deadlines, reviews, and changing priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of relevant experience in video production, journalism, digital media, broadcast, documentary, branded content, or a comparable editorial field.
• Professional experience producing, shooting, and editing video, supported by a strong portfolio or reel.
• Strong editorial judgment, visual storytelling, writing, communication, and project-management skills.
• Experience producing for YouTube, including audience development, search and discovery, retention, and platform-native storytelling.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience working with on-camera talent.
• Collaborative, entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to work across distributed teams.
