Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor (AI)

Compensation: South America $28,000–$58,000 per year; Europe €42,000–€85,000 per year

What you will do

• Conceptualize scripts and create narrative-driven, long-form videos around existing AI characters and intellectual property.
• Own end-to-end AI video production, including ideation, prompting, generation, editing, compositing, graphic design, and final delivery.
• Use AI video models and platforms such as Kling, Seedance, and Happy Horse to produce visual sequences.
• Maintain character appearance, visual style, and scene continuity across longer narratives.
• Apply motion graphics, color correction, and post-production techniques to achieve cohesive final outputs.
• Experiment with emerging AI tools, improve production efficiency and scalability, and share effective workflows with the team.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art, supported by a strong portfolio of AI-driven video work.
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools, models, prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing.
• Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar editing and compositing tools.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language.
• Ability to work independently, maintain character and scene consistency, and communicate fluently in English.
• Comfort working with uncensored models and explicit adult content is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI-native storytelling or filmmaking.
• Background in 3D, VFX, technical art, or color grading.
• Experience training or customizing models, including LoRAs, embeddings, or fine-tuning.
• Experience with ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, AUTOMATIC1111, advanced prompting, upscaling, and inpainting.
• Experience in adult, dating, or related creative industries.
