Compliance Support Specialist (iGaming)

What you will do

• Monitor shipping, notification, system reporting, and regulatory communication processes.
• Verify product approvals and jurisdictional shipping requirements.
• Prepare and submit certification reports, PAR sheets, and other compliance documentation to gaming regulators and casinos.
• Complete jurisdictional reports, identify compliance risks, and keep management informed of deadlines and regulatory updates.
• Coordinate with internal departments, regulators, casinos, and other external partners to meet delivery deadlines and support customer needs.
• Maintain regulatory contact and compliance requirement records and contribute to process improvement.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the gaming industry or a related regulatory/compliance role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing changing priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to communicate with internal departments and external partners while maintaining confidentiality and following regulatory protocols.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a gaming license.
