Analyst Lead, Business Systems Analysis (Oracle Purchasing)

What you will do

• Manage large business systems analysis projects and provide hands-on leadership and mentorship.
• Serve as the functional subject matter expert for Oracle Purchasing and Expense, including configuration, upgrades, operational support, and integrations.
• Lead the RSSP rollout and coordinate Procurement, Technology, and functional stakeholders.
• Integrate TYSYS and other acquired companies into the Oracle platform through requirements validation, design, testing, and cutover support.
• Oversee purchasing data validation, conversion, governance, catalog management, and alignment across upstream and downstream systems.
• Lead system testing, end-user training, process re-engineering, platform harmonization, and procurement technology roadmap planning.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience supporting Oracle Purchasing and Expenses or Oracle Fusion Procurement modules.
• Expertise in procurement operations, system configuration, workflow design, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
• Strong understanding of Source to Pay processes, including requisitioning, purchase order management, supplier enablement, and catalog governance.
• Experience with system integrations, functional and regression testing, UAT, change management, and data conversion.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and process improvements.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
