What you will do

• Lead execution, governance, and cross-functional alignment for M&A integrations within the Results Delivery Office.
• Develop and maintain integrated execution plans, milestones, timelines, reporting, and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate integration workstreams, dependencies, risks, deliverables, and escalation paths across business functions.
• Facilitate workshops and task forces, resolve blockers, and drive stakeholder engagement, communications, and training.
• Prepare executive summaries, decision memos, briefings, dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards for leadership decisions.
• Capture lessons learned and improve the enterprise integration playbook and methodology for future acquisitions and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• Doctorate with 2 years, master’s degree with 4 years, bachelor’s degree with 6 years, associate degree with 10 years, or high school diploma/GED with 12 years of scientific, operations, or business experience.
• Experience in biopharma, strategic problem-solving, transformation, M&A integration, enterprise PMO, product teams, or comparable cross-functional execution organizations.
• At least 3 years of management consulting and/or strategic project management experience leading complex projects from strategy through execution.
• Strong conceptual, quantitative, and qualitative analytical skills, including the ability to structure ambiguous problems and manage execution.
• Exceptional leadership, collaboration, stakeholder engagement, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
