Provides architectural design and building project delivery services across the full project lifecycle.

What you will do

• Manage, design, and deliver building projects from schematic design through construction and post-occupancy.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, owners, and project personnel throughout all project phases.
• Develop architectural studies, design concepts, calculations, specifications, and detailed construction documents.
• Review shop drawings and submittals, support permitting and land-use approvals, and observe construction for compliance with plans and specifications.
• Monitor project scope, schedules, budgets, assignments, and quality assurance requirements.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor staff, and represent the lead technical viewpoint on projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent education or experience.
• 8+ years of experience in architectural practice as a project architect.
• Current architectural license and registration required.
• Proficiency in Revit, TonicDM, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, delegation, mentoring, organization, multitasking, and client-service skills.
• Valid motor vehicle operator’s license and willingness to use an insured personal vehicle for work.

Nice to have

• NCARB registration.
• LEED Green Associate Accreditation.
• Knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint.
