Location: Remote, with Chicago listed as the location; US work authorization required. Travel based on client, enterprise, or project needs is required, currently averaging less than 50% annually in the Healthcare practice.
Salary: $185,000–$225,000 base annual salary; total estimated compensation including annual incentive compensation: $240,500–$292,500.

What you will do
- Advise healthcare executives on managed care strategy, value-based care transformation, reimbursement optimization, and payer-provider financial performance.
- Lead healthcare economics analyses and financial modeling covering contract performance, risk exposure, reimbursement adequacy, and value-based incentives.
- Direct complex performance improvement engagements and cross-functional teams to deliver successful client outcomes.
- Develop strategic recommendations, thought leadership, presentations, proposals, and business development opportunities.
- Build executive and client relationships, manage expectations, and lead change in complex healthcare environments.
- Quantify benefits, identify risks, and create customized solutions for performance improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Public Health, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of consulting and/or healthcare performance improvement experience focused on healthcare economics, managed care, value-based care, provider reimbursement, and payer strategy.
- Experience evaluating managed care contract performance, including profitability, reimbursement adequacy, risk-sharing arrangements, quality incentives, and network optimization.
- Experience leading healthcare analytics and modeling initiatives such as HCC risk adjustment, RAF optimization, clinical risk stratification, cost trend analysis, utilization management, and population health management.
- Ability to translate complex financial, actuarial, and healthcare economics concepts into actionable recommendations for executives, clinical stakeholders, and payers.
- US work authorization required; ability to travel as needed is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.
