LVT Medical Learning and Development Manager (Veterinary Medicine)

Location: Plantation, Florida, United States

Salary: $86,500–$138,500 per year, plus potential 401(k) and equity grants.

What you will do

• Develop medical role-based training for onboarding, continuous learning, and career advancement across hirify.global Vet Care.
• Source, validate, organize, and maintain accurate veterinary and systems training content.
• Collaborate with medical leaders, practice operations, learning architects, and instructional designers.
• Manage medical training programs from intake through execution and coordinate multiple projects.
• Define and measure learning success criteria, skill transfer, and course effectiveness with Learning Strategy and Analytics.
• Participate in clinic training, mentoring, Train the Trainer sessions, and content validation.

Requirements

• Licensed, credentialed, certified, or degree-qualified veterinary professional; the role requires a licensed veterinary technician.
• Advanced degree or certification in Performance Technology, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or Teaching, with 3–5 years of practical experience.
• Proven instructional design and performance consulting experience.
• Ability to create application-level assessments, including multiple-choice and scenario-based testing.
• Strong project management, organization, communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Word templates, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Nice to have

• Stand-up training and Train the Trainer delivery experience.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems.
