Salary: $110,400–$151,800 base annual salary

What you will do

• Partner with Development and Engineering stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and address learning and knowledge management needs.
• Conduct ongoing learning needs analyses and translate business requirements into development plans, learning portfolios, and L&KM solutions.
• Co-develop and implement training programs within defined functional and departmental scopes.
• Advise business leaders on learning requests, learner personas, workforce segments, learning contexts, and design requirements.
• Define learning effectiveness indicators, monitor outcomes, and connect development solutions to measurable business results.
• Build stakeholder networks and support knowledge capture, sharing, governance, standards, and metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in learning and development, talent development, organizational development, workforce capability, human resources, or knowledge management.
• Experience partnering with business leaders, conducting learning needs analyses, and translating requirements into actionable solutions.
• Experience leading or supporting complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders.
• Experience measuring learning outcomes, establishing effectiveness metrics, and using data for continuous improvement.
• Must be legally authorized to access United States-controlled technology before beginning work.

• Master’s degree.
