What you will do

• Lead the strategy, design, and execution of onboarding, learning, and adoption initiatives for the AI Agency Platform.
• Design onboarding journeys for internal and client users, from platform orientation through sustained adoption.
• Develop and facilitate live and virtual training, demos, hands-on exercises, and interactive learning sessions.
• Create facilitator guides, playbooks, job aids, videos, knowledge bases, and interactive eLearning.
• Establish KPIs and reporting for onboarding effectiveness, platform adoption, feature utilization, proficiency, and business impact.
• Lead platform champions, certification, content governance, feedback collection, and enablement roadmaps.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building training, onboarding, or enablement programs for rapidly evolving enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience leading internal and client training and adapting content for audiences with different functional backgrounds and levels of AI experience.
• Knowledge of instructional design best practices and modern learning authoring and delivery tools.
• Experience using AI tools, learning analytics, platform usage data, and user feedback to improve enablement.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, prompt engineering fundamentals, AI-assisted workflows, and responsible AI practices.
• Work authorization and hiring eligibility are limited to select U.S. locations.
