Senior ServiceNow Engineer (ServiceNow)

Salary: $96,500–$183,500 per year

What you will do

• Analyze ServiceNow results and identify variances from ServiceNow best practices.
• Troubleshoot HR workflows, access, portals, and reporting issues.
• Understand HR business gaps and propose technical solutions.
• Demonstrate new ServiceNow functionality to stakeholders and support the HR Acuity case management application.
• Participate in requirements gathering for new ServiceNow HR requests.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation while following corporate, security, GxP, and software development lifecycle standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of related experience, or a master’s degree and 5 years of experience, or a PhD with no required experience.
• Configuration and/or development experience with ServiceNow HRSD.
• Practical and theoretical knowledge required to perform the role independently.
• Experience working in an Agile framework is strongly preferred.
