Senior ServiceNow HRSD Consultant (ServiceNow HRSD)

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams in planning and executing complex programs, services, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop long-term, large-scale solutions for complex business and technical needs.
• Assess business performance and support functions through fact-finding, data analysis, and strategic reviews.
• Facilitate decision-making, issue resolution, and implementation of approved solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Execution teams and senior leaders on strategic initiatives.
• Guide and influence less experienced Strategy and Execution staff.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Business Execution, implementation, strategic planning, or an equivalent background.
• Extensive ServiceNow HR Service Delivery experience.
• Technical knowledge across the ServiceNow platform, including NowAssist functionalities.
• Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA tracking is preferred.
