Senior Manager of Software Engineering (SAP S/4 HANA)

Location: Remote

Salary: $145,000–$180,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Oversee one or more software engineering teams developing SAP modules and enterprise applications.
• Define application strategy, technology roadmaps, and delivery plans aligned with business needs.
• Lead projects from requirements through completion using appropriate agile and development practices.
• Evaluate technical feasibility, security, production issues, coding standards, and overall solution quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and third-party resources to resolve blockers and improve service delivery.
• Supervise, coach, develop, and evaluate assigned team members, including hiring and performance management.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience implementing SAP ECC or S/4 HANA.
• Extensive knowledge of Order to Cash, Record to Report, or Supply Chain Integration, particularly in the construction industry.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and executive collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a remote role, supervise remote and in-person employees, and travel occasionally.
