Lead Technical Consultant (ServiceNow ITAM)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States

Base pay: $140,000–$165,000 per year. Other compensation includes incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and solution delivery in a client consulting environment.
• Design technical architectures and solutions for ITAM, including Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management.
• Support workshops by gathering and sizing agile user stories, epics, and features.
• Develop custom App Engine applications and client-specific reporting, including Performance Analytics.
• Direct developers on implementation teams and provide technical leadership across project delivery.
• Create client-facing and internal technical deliverables while improving implementation methods, standards, and service offerings.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of ServiceNow implementation experience in a client consulting environment.
• At least 8 years of experience as a key technical resource leading solution development in client environments.
• Technical leadership and client-facing consulting experience, with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, Angular, jQuery and/or Bootstrap, React, Node.js, and npm.
• Experience with Agile project management and delivery methodologies.
• ServiceNow Administrator or Implementation Specialist certification, such as CIS-SAM, CIS-HAM, CIS-ITSM, CSA, or CAD.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java, C#, or C++ and traditional software engineering.
• Degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, HR Service Delivery, Source to Pay, Employee Center Pro, NOW Experience, and UI Builder.
