Sr. Manager ServiceNow CMDB & Asset Governance

Location: Bridgewater, New Jersey, United States; onsite. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $146,410–$192,164 USD per year, plus performance-based bonus and/or equity for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end CMDB lifecycle within the ServiceNow environment.
• Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and governance of CMDB data and IT Asset Management processes.
• Drive automated device discovery through Microsoft Intune Graph API integration.
• Govern CI classes, track hardware assets, and produce compliance reporting.
• Standardize and automate asset lifecycle processes to reduce manual effort and improve scalability.

Requirements

• Strong ServiceNow CMDB and IT Asset Management experience.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Strong API and Microsoft Graph API integration expertise.
• Experience maintaining enterprise-grade CMDB data quality in regulated environments.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required; employment eligibility will be verified through E-Verify.
