What you will do

• Lead global commercial financial planning and forecasting for the Latest Best Estimates process.
• Consolidate planning materials and prepare executive-ready financial summaries and presentations.
• Guide business units through planning cycles, including timelines, assumptions, inputs, and results consolidation.
• Partner with finance, corporate, legal, R&D, operations, and global teams to align planning activities.
• Perform financial system tie-outs, analyze performance variances, and identify risks, opportunities, and business drivers.
• Manage, coach, and develop finance team members while supporting continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• Strong understanding of financial planning processes and experience with automated accounting systems such as SAP and BPC.
• Proficiency with Power BI or other data visualization tools, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, communication, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Role based in North Chicago, Illinois, United States.
