Finance Senior Manager - US Commercial FP&A Oncology

What you will do

• Develop market, competitive environment, revenue, and cost-driver knowledge for oncology and biosimilar brands.
• Support monthly close, sales and expense forecasting, annual planning, and long-range planning.
• Build complex financial and business models, perform account analysis, and identify and resolve issues.
• Prepare and present financial results, forecast variances, recommendations, and business implications to senior management and marketing leadership.
• Analyze pricing and reimbursement impacts and communicate financial insights to business partners and peers.
• Partner with brand, sales, commercial finance, pricing and contracting, forecasting, sales operations, corporate FP&A, and investor relations functions while supporting multiple projects.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of finance experience; or master’s degree and 4 years; bachelor’s degree and 6 years; associate’s degree and 10 years; or high school diploma/GED and 12 years.
• Experience in financial planning and analysis, including revenue forecasting.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Hyperion.
• Understanding of corporate finance concepts, critical thinking, and the ability to influence multiple management levels.
• Ability to take initiative and work with minimal direction.

Nice to have

• CPA or MBA.
• Established biotechnology or pharmaceutical experience with exposure to sales and marketing.
