Buyer (Love & Roses)

What you will do

• Plan seasonal womenswear ranges using trends, range construction, pricing architecture, and customer insights.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Design, Technical, and Visual Merchandising teams to develop products and communicate the brand vision.
• Negotiate supplier prices and contracts while managing sampling, cost prices, quality, delivery, and sourcing requirements.
• Review weekly trade performance and recommend repeats, restyling, cancellations, or other commercial actions.
• Own OTB, option counts, pricing structures, and departmental profit parameters.
• Lead, coach, and develop the buying team through workload planning, training, reviews, and performance appraisals.

Requirements

• Current experience at Junior Buyer or Buyer level within a womenswear brand.
• Proven success buying for an own area, with expertise in the relevant product category.
• Experience managing and developing a team.
• Strong supplier management, communication, organisation, and commercial skills.
• Ability to plan ahead while remaining flexible and responsive to trading performance.
• Passion, energy, and a profit-focused approach to improving results.
