Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States; home office at 815 Eleventh Ave

Salary: $91,000–$169,000 per year, plus annual or quarterly performance bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and execute technology strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
• Provide guidance on strategic planning, financial management, project execution, and investment decisions.
• Analyze industry dynamics, competitive landscapes, economic indicators, and regulatory environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build consensus and influence strategic initiatives.
• Monitor key performance indicators, optimize outcomes, and support continuous improvement.
• Lead business and user acceptance testing to validate solution quality and alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business, finance, strategy, or a related field, plus 4 years of relevant experience; or 6 years of relevant experience without the degree requirement.
• Relevant experience may include retail, eCommerce, strategy, operations, technology, or management consulting.
• Expertise in technology and corporate strategy, financial planning, macroeconomic factors, and strategic decision-making.
• Experience analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments.
• Strong stakeholder influence, data-driven communication, project management, prioritization, milestone tracking, and change management skills.
• Ability to monitor budgets, forecast expenditures, and foster innovation and continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Technology experience.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Three years of relevant experience in retail, eCommerce, strategy, operations, management consulting, or a related area.
