What you will do

• Manage and coordinate new product activities across the bank.
• Create standardized product processes, project schedule matrices, and delivery status reporting.
• Guide IT professionals responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining business application systems.
• Coordinate with IT teams and business unit managers to ensure requirements are delivered on time.
• Act as the connection between internal and external customers and software development teams.
• Evaluate systems, processes, and technologies against long-term strategy and solution availability.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent four-year education.
• At least 8 years of IT experience, preferably in banking or mortgage industries.
• Experience combining system development, technical analysis, and hands-on leadership.
• Ability to lead teams, including teams without direct reporting relationships, and manage multiple competing deadlines.
• Strong skills in business case development, technology roadmapping, project charters, risk analysis, root-cause analysis, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to support compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and organizational policies.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience with strategic data analysis and technology research.
• Ability to streamline processes and build strong cross-functional relationships.
