Technology Governance & AI Intake Lead (AI)

Hiring rate: $142,500–$190,000 annually

What you will do

• Own the technology and AI intake pipeline as a single front door for business-unit demand.
• Convert business and AI requests into scoped, prioritized, business-cased initiatives with measured baselines.
• Run portfolio prioritization and governance and risk gating with information management and cybersecurity stakeholders.
• Coordinate vendor and tool evaluations for AI and technology requests.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, communicate the initiative pipeline, and partner with data governance to ensure data readiness.
• Line-manage and develop the AI Solutions Analyst.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technology governance, IT demand or portfolio management, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of leading or managing teams or functions.
• Experience managing relationships with senior business stakeholders.
• AI literacy and familiarity with responsible-AI or AI-governance practices.
• Vendor and technology-tool evaluation, process management, and change-management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience establishing an intake or demand-management function from scratch.
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, agent platforms, or enterprise AI tooling.
• Media, entertainment, or agency experience.
• PMP, ITIL, or an AI-governance credential.
